Questions
What file types do I get?
Every document comes as an editable Word file (.docx) and a print-ready PDF. The tracker is an Excel file (.xlsx). Everything arrives in one zip.
Can I use Google Docs or Pages?
The Word files open in Google Docs and Pages, though layout can shift slightly. Check each file after opening. The tracker works best in Excel and also opens in Google Sheets.
Is this legal advice?
No. These are templates for general use. Have a Texas attorney review the legal-type documents before you use them, and verify current rules with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Texas Comptroller, and a CPA or attorney.
How do I fill them in?
Everything you need to complete is a yellow [BRACKET]. Type over it. A one-page Start Here guide explains each file.
How does the download work?
You pay securely through Stripe and land on a page with your download button. The link works for 30 days, so save the zip right away.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. The license covers one stylist or business. You may edit and print the templates for your own clients. See the full license.
Refunds?
Digital downloads are not refundable after download, except for failed delivery, files that will not open, or duplicate purchases. See the refund policy.
Where does my data go?
The templates run on your own computer, so your clients’ information stays with you. When you buy, Stripe handles your payment and we keep the order record there. See the privacy page.
