License

1. What you are buying

You are buying a license to use The Stylist Starter Pack (the “Pack”), a set of editable document and spreadsheet templates, from Sagebrush Studio LLC (“Seller”). You are not buying ownership of the Pack or its copyright.

2. What you may do

You may (a) edit the templates for your own business; (b) print them and give copies to your own clients; and (c) keep copies for backup. The license is for one stylist or business, at any location.

3. What you may not do

You may not (a) resell, share, give away, upload, or distribute the Pack or any part of it, edited or not, as a template, product, download or course; (b) claim the Pack as your own creation; (c) share your purchase or download link; or (d) use the Pack to build a competing product.

4. Not legal, tax or accounting advice

The Pack is for general use. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice and no attorney–client relationship is created. Laws and rules change. You are responsible for having a Texas attorney review the legal-type documents (including the service agreement, photo release, intake form, patch test record and renter checklist) and for verifying current rules before you use them.

5. No guarantees

The Pack is provided “as is.” Seller makes no promise that it is suitable for your situation, complies with any law, or will prevent any dispute or loss.

6. Your clients’ information

You are responsible for how you collect, store, and protect your own clients’ personal and health-related information, and for any consent you need from them.

7. Refunds

Because the Pack is a digital download, refunds are not given after download, except for failed delivery, files that will not open, or duplicate purchases. Contact michellefeliciano@sagebrushstudiollc.com with any problem and we will work to fix it.

8. Updates and changes

Updates are not included unless the product listing says so. Seller may change these terms for future purchases.

9. Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must delete all copies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
