Refund policy

The Stylist Starter Pack is a digital download. Because you receive the files immediately and they cannot be returned, we do not give refunds after the files are downloaded, except in these cases:

• You paid but could not get the download.
• The files are damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix the problem.
• You were charged twice for the same purchase.

If you have a problem, email michellefeliciano@sagebrushstudiollc.com with the email you used to pay and we will work to fix it. Your download link works for 30 days after purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under law.
